Last updated: April 21, 2026
1. Scope
This policy describes our practices for the public website and the recruitment intake that collects information for our technical recruitment services (backend and DevOps hiring for US SaaS startups). It does not cover third-party sites we link to.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Website analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand aggregate traffic and how visitors use our site (for example, pages viewed and general location at the region level). Google may set cookies or use similar technologies; their use is described in Google’s privacy materials. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser and use Google’s opt-out tools where available.
2.2 Information you submit
When you submit our recruitment intake (the hiring request form on the site), we collect what you choose to provide. Fields include:
- Full name
- Email address
- Company
- Hiring focus, team size, urgency, and free-text hiring context
We do not ask you to submit sensitive categories of data (such as health information) through this form. Please do not include unnecessary personal data in free-text fields.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule or follow up on calls
- Evaluate whether our recruitment services fit your hiring needs
- Maintain records of communication as appropriate
- Improve and secure our website (including via analytics)
- Comply with law and protect our rights where required
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your submission for unrelated marketing without a clear basis and, where required, your consent.
4. How we share information
We share information with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, including:
- Email delivery: We use Resend to send transactional messages related to intake submissions.
- Analytics: Google Analytics as described above.
We may also disclose information if we believe it is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of our users, the public, or StableSystem.
5. Retention
We retain intake submissions and related correspondence only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legitimate business and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them where appropriate. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s settings and policies.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA (for example, to know and delete personal information we hold, subject to exceptions).
To exercise privacy requests, contact us at contact@stablesystem.co. We may need to verify your request before responding.
8. International visitors
We operate from the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the US or other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data protection rules than your jurisdiction.
9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through this site.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
